Help To use the CaptureIT Pocket PC Terminal simply select a function from the menu. Enter your clock number and press the submit button. If clockin security has been enabled you may have to enter your clock number. (DOT) password. To view a list of employees who are currently clocked in select the Who's In List option. After each function, your new current status will be displayed. To view your current status without changing it, select the View Current Status option. All transactions are sent to the CaptureIT Server in real-time. This means you must use functions 'as they happen'. The current server time is displayed on each screen. All times are taken from the CaptureIT Server NOT the time on your Pocket PC. When changing jobs you must enter the job number.(DOT) sequence number. For example, to change to job 1234, sequence 12 enter 1234.12
