This screen shows the CaptureIT Administrator viewing current employee status in real-time.

Employee icon colours change automatically:

• White - no records

• Yellow - clocked in normally

• Red - clocked in late

• Light blue - absent

• Green - on holiday

• Pink - sick

• Dark blue - on flexi-leave holiday

• Greyed out - employee is currently clocked in.

The preview pane shows a daily or weekly summary of the currently selected employee.
