CaptureIT Client Server Edition

A Windows based solution for Time and Attendance, Access Control, and Job Costing. Employees can clock in via hardware terminals, their PC workstations or via the Internet. 

  • The Client Server Edition is available from 5 - to Unlimited Users.

  • Supports from 100 - Unlimited employees.

  • Includes support for up to 1000 PC client workstation employee clock in points.

  • Supports any number of terminals.

  • Supports Wide-Area-Networks.

  • The CaptureIT Client Server Edition  includes support for the powerful Job Costing module.

CaptureIT Professional Edition

The CaptureIT Professional Edition is aimed at small to medium sized businesses.

  • All Time & Attendance features are supported.

  • Supports Job Costing.

  • Supports 100-250 employees.

  • The Professional Edition is available for up to 3 Users.

  • Includes support for up to 10 PC client workstation clock in points.

  • Supports up to 32 terminals.

 

CaptureIT Express

The Express Edition is designed for smaller businesses. It is a single user, stand-alone system for up to 100 employees.

  • Single user only.

  • Supports up to 100 employees.

  • Does not support Job Costing.

  • Does not support Access Control

  • Includes support for up to 5 PC client workstation clock in points (1 included as standard).

  • Supports a maximum of 1 terminal.

 
 

CaptureIT Job Costing

CaptureIT Job Costing is available as a module for the Professional or Client Server version.

  • Any number of jobs and up to 999 operations within each job.
  • Organize jobs into groups.
  • Enter budget costs and time against each operation.
  • Prints bar-coded job sheets.
  • Emailed notifications when jobs go over budget.
  • Detailed audit trial of employee clockings.
  • No limit on the number of employee job changes per day.
  • All terminal job changes are validated against the database in real-time.
  • Use the Administrator to instantly view: Currently active jobs, started jobs only, jobs not yet started, completed jobs only, over budget jobs or all jobs.
  • Manual editing of employee work records automatically adjusts associated jobs.
  • Change, insert, delete operations whilst jobs are active.
  • Job specific pay rates.
  • 'Remember Job'  and 'Sequence' feature - automatically clocks employees on to the job  and associated sequence they were working on the previous day.
  • Clock on to different Pay Categories whilst working on a job.
  • Completed jobs remain on file for as long as required.

 

CaptureIT Manufacturer

CaptureIT Manufacturer is a version of CaptureIT specifically for manufacturing companies. It requires the Client Server edition and provides the following additional features:

  • Support for piecework.

  • The ability for employees to enter quantities claimed against jobs.

  • The ability to track 'batches' of production and monitor Work-In-Progress.

  • The ability to monitor Performance, Efficiency and Utilisation.
