CaptureIT - Exception Monitoring

CaptureIT will automatically alert you of exceptions. An exception is any event that is out of the ordinary. These exceptions are stored in a log file, which you can view or print for a specified period of time.

You can set up CaptureIT to send you an email when specific exceptions occur during employee clocking.

For example, exceptions can be trigged when an employee:

• Clocks in late or clocks out early.

• Works too many or too few hours.

• Takes too long for lunch or tea breaks, or does not take a break at all.

• Tries to use a terminal that he or she does not have access to.

• Tries to enter a job that does not exist or has been completed.

• Works on a job when the operation goes over budget.

• Works more than 48 hours in any one week

• Works more than 6 hours without a break...
