CaptureIT - The Scalable Solution For Businesses Of Any Size

CaptureIT is available to suit any size of business and you can easily scale up to the next edition as your business grows. 

CaptureIT is available as Single User, Workgroup or Client-Server version.

Single User
For companies that want to access their CaptureIT database on a single workstation. Includes a single user Pervasive.SQL Workstation Engine and ODBC interface.

Workgroup 
For companies that do not have a dedicated file server. The workgroup version allows up to 5 concurrent workstations to access the CaptureIT database. Includes a 3 user Pervasive.SQL Workgroup engine and ODBC interface for Windows peer-to-peer networks.

Client Server
For companies that have a dedicated  Windows NT/2000/2003 or Novell Netware or Linux server. The Client-Server version provides fast, reliable and secure access to the CaptureIT database from up to 5 concurrent users (additional user counts available). Includes a 5 user Pervasive.SQL Server Engine and ODBC interface for Novell, NT or Linux networks.

The Client Server version also enables CaptureIT to be used across a WAN.

Easy Licencing Options

CaptureIT is sold based on the number of employees that can be clocked in at any one time. For example, a 100 employee licence will allow you to create any number of employee records, but only 100 employees can be clocked in at the same time. Should you need to increase your employee licences, you simply purchase additional employee 'licence keys'. You can purchase licence keys for any number of additional employees, so you only pay for what you need. Licence keys can be added to your system by simply typing in the licence key string using the 'Licence Manager'. You can even add new licences whilst your system is active.
