CaptureIT
- The User Manager
With programs such as CaptureIT that maintain information
about employees pay and attendance, security becomes an important issue -
especially when multiple users on a network access the program.
CaptureIT allows you to restrict access to individual
users and set access rights to various parts of the program.
The User Manager is used to create CaptureIT user
profiles.

Any number of user profiles can be created. When CaptureIT
is started, the user must enter their user name and password, before
gaining access to the system.

Each use can be set various access restrictions, such as
which parts of CaptureIT they are allowed access to.
You can also set up 'Cost Centre' permissions. This allows
you to restrict access to certain employees.

When Cost Centre permissions are created, you can stop
certain users from viewing or editing employee records from selected Cost
Centres.
