"We have had the CaptureIT time and attendance system installed and operating as a live system since March 1999.

We found Vizual Management Solutions Ltd. a very straightforward company with which to do business. During our negotiations they were very clear about the systems capabilities and the platform requirements and hardware specifications on which it would run. This was further demonstrated during installation, which was reasonably trouble free.

The main quality of Vizual Management Solutions as a software supplier is the willingness and speed with which they include improvements to their system. On the one or two occasions where problems have occurred in day to day running, these have been very speedily rectified, within a 24-hour time span.

The system has operated very well, in daily use by shop floor supervisors with relatively little computer experience. It is parameter driven and works on reporting exceptions to the defined rules. To gain maximum benefit requires that these rules are precisely defined. However the effort put into this is well rewarded, with impressive improvements in employee lateness and absence, resulting from and accurate and comprehensive view of employee's timekeeping being available to supervisors on an 'up to the minute' basis.

In addition, considerable saving has been made in the payroll department, with input time reduced by 50% and errors and queries considerably reduced.

Finally the hardware, both timeclocks and line-drivers, have performed well and been trouble-free.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Vizual Time & Attendance and the CaptureIT system."

CaptureIT user since August 99. 150 employees, 30 terminals. Peter Black also use the Batch Tracker add-in to control production in real-time.

"We have been operating the CaptureIT system for 5 months now and have been very happy with the performance of the system and the services of Vizual Management Solutions Ltd.

Our main objective was to achieve fast data capture within a system that presented 'open' interfaces. By using CaptureIT we have been able to develop our own interfaces and produce several reports using Crystal. On the occasions when we have had problems we have been happy with the response from Vizual Management Solutions.
